I just started to use one of these things. It is taking me a little to learn how to do it. Example today I learned if you press space 2X it gives you a period and starts a new sentence.(all at once WoW!)
My wife asked me what is the big deal, and to be truthful at the time I really didnt know. But the more I learn the easier it gets to do simple little tasks, such as periods. Oh I dont figure I will ever get real good at this but I am learning things that make my life a little simpler.
I guess that is where this is going, making my life a little simpler. I guess I go back to the verse I was memorizing a few months ago.
I want to keep it simple. Not too much not to little. It is always the temptation that stuff will fill my immediate needs and I will become full and say “Who is the Lord”. I have just been closing my eyes and thinking about that question, who is the Lord? Of course I know Him. But I want to think about Him. I believe I will preach out of Judges soon, God tells Gideon to go down to the camp of the enemy at night and listen if he is afraid of the enemy. He goes down and hears that one of the guys had a dream and they say, it has to mean that God has given us over to Gideon! All he had to do was listen and hear that God was working for his favor.
It seems simple, God is working in our favor even when we dont know it. You dont have to worry, God is working in your favor man of God, woman of God. You already have the victory.
Dont complicate things, if God is on our side, who can be against us. I hope these thoughts help you to think about the Lord and all He has done, then as Gideon did. Worship Him! It’s just that simple : )
